Four individuals appear in Ermelo court facing fraud and forgery charges

On 9 April 2024, four people were taken to the Ermelo Magistrates Court over accusations of creating fake documents to get car loans. The group, made up of Busisiwe Anna Nkwanyana (35), Philani Mdumiseni Nkosi (28), Skhumbuso Surprise Mkhonza (27), and Bongani David Nkwanyana (42), was arrested on 30 March. Their first court date was on 2 April, and the latest one on 9 April was mainly for their bail requests.
