Schools officially reopened on 14 January 2026, and it was a memorable first day for the Grade 1 learners at Ermelo English Primary School.
A total of 90 Grade 1 learners walked through the school gates for the first time, marking the beginning of what promises to be a fun-filled and exciting school career.
Adding to the excitement, staff from Merino Mall paid a special visit and treated each child to a small gift, helping to make the day even more memorable for the young learners.
As a fun highlight for the year ahead, the Grade 1 class of 2026 also includes two sets of twins, making this intake extra special as they start their educational journey together.
