It was a special and heartwarming moment at Laerskool JJ van der Merwe as its youngest learners officially began their school journey.
A total of 170 Grade 1 learners started this exciting new chapter, stepping into classrooms filled with curiosity, courage, and big dreams. From new friendships to first lessons and plenty of smiles, the day marked the beginning of many memories still to be made.
As they begin this important year, the Grade 1s are wished a happy, joyful, and successful school journey ahead, filled with learning, laughter, and confidence as they grow into their school lives one day at a time.
