Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Copiers, Printers, CCTV, and/or PABX systems is required.
- Technical qualifications are advantageous.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about customer service and self-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Copiers, PABX, and/or CCTV equipment.
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting activities professionally.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding issues and maintenance needs.
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
