The club is also well represented among the Under-18 players, with AJ Maherry, Pieter Swanepoel, Janco Minnaar, and Theo Ingram all selected to compete. Their inclusion reflects the growing strength of youth bowls in the region and the promising future of the sport.

Meanwhile, Gerda Swanepoel and Alta Schneider have been selected as part of the Open B team, further strengthening Ermelo’s representation at the tournament. In a message to the players, Mpumalanga West Bowls Association president Barry Devoldere congratulated those selected, saying it is a tremendous honour to represent the district and encouraging players to compete with confidence while upholding the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.
