High Performance Coaching’s indoor sports division, HPC Indoor Action, has expanded its fitness offerings with the introduction of all-new kickboxing training and classes at its 19 Wilger Road facility.

Designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, build strength and teach practical self-defense skills, the kickboxing programme is tailored for participants of all ages and ability levels. “Our goal is to make high-energy training accessible to everyone,” explains Dannica, HPC’s resident kickboxing instructor. “Whether you’re stepping into the ring for the first time or sharpening your technique, our classes deliver a fun, supportive environment to reach your personal fitness and confidence goals.”

Sessions are held weekly in the newly outfitted indoor arena of the HPC Pre-School Sports Academy, where young athletes already benefit from specialised coaching in a variety of sports. The kickboxing classes complement this ethos of “Born a child, coached to be a champion” by instilling discipline, coordination and mental resilience.

Interested community members can book a trial class or join an ongoing programme by contacting Dannica on 063 193 9810. With flexible scheduling and expert guidance, HPC Indoor Action’s kickboxing classes aim to become a cornerstone of Ermelo’s active-lifestyle scene.
