Laerskool Ermelo learners continue to make the school proud after several young athletes recently delivered outstanding performances in both rugby and cross country.
In rugby, four learners earned selection for Puma teams. Sibusiso Sibeko (U/12 B) and Takudzwa Maphako (U/12 A) were selected to represent the Pumas, while Thabiso Khoza and Samkelo Twala were chosen for Craven Week U/13.
The school’s cross country runners also achieved excellent results at recent events in Secunda. Angel Nkosi claimed third place in the Girls U/11 category on 11 April before returning with an impressive first-place finish on 25 April. Lungelo Sikhakhane secured third place in the Boys U/9 category, while Divine Sindane achieved second place in the Boys U/12 division.
Laerskool Ermelo congratulated all the learners on their achievements as they continue to represent the school.
