Ligbron learners have earned recognition in sport, leadership and the arts following a series of achievements announced by the school after the winter holidays.
In cricket, Marli Vorster was named the Best Bowler at the Rob Legacy Girls' Cricket Week after taking 17 wickets during the tournament. Ligbron's first girls' cricket team also recorded a successful campaign, winning five of their six matches.

In acrobatics, Lethokuhle Zulu received South African Colours after placing third in Level 5 at the ASSA National Championships.

Eight Ligbron learners have also been selected to attend the National Land Service Camp, recognising their commitment to leadership and service.

The school also celebrated success in the ATKV Digital Art Competition. Kyla Eksteen was named the national winner in her photography age group, while Bianca Breytenbach, Leahanna van der Merwe, Karlien Grobler, Jenevieve Kruger, Esté Kapp and J.W. Koekemoer each achieved A++ or A+ results for their entries respectfully.
