Ermelo Primary School (EPS) has plenty to celebrate after three young learners were recognised for their achievements on the sports field
Thandolwethu Lusenga has been selected for the Cheetah U/11 Indoor Hockey Team and will compete at the PSI Nationals in Durban from 1 to 3 October 2026. Her selection gives her the opportunity to represent at national level and test her skills against some of the country’s talented young indoor hockey players.
EPS also celebrated two standout performers from its U/13 teams.
Uma Thwala was named the school’s U/13 Hockey Player of the Season, recognising her contribution and performances throughout the season.
On the soccer field, Lethu Ncongwane received the U/13 Soccer Player of the Season award after an impressive season for EPS.
