Pijandor Drilling & Blasting has advised that blasting is planned at the Ermelo Water Waste Treatment Plant project near Mandela Drive from Tuesday, 29 September, to Saturday, 3 October 2026.
Blasting is weather permitting, and the company says it will confirm each morning whether a blast is intended to go ahead.
No unauthorised person may enter the area within 500 metres of the blasting site. Residents and passers-by should stay clear of the area and leave immediately if a siren sounds.
