Ligbron’s U15 sevens rugby team won the Noordvaal Finals Bowl title after beating Hoërskool Zwartkop 31–26 in a closely contested final.

The U17 team finished as runners-up after losing 26–12 to Hoërskool Brandwag in their final.
Both teams competed on 23 and 24 September at Ligbron, which hosted the playoffs. The school congratulated the players on their performances after a demanding rugby season.
