Ermelo Toyota is looking for a reliable and well-presented Service Advisor to join their team in Ermelo.
Requirements:
- Valid matric certificate
- Valid driver’s licence (above code 10 advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans, Zulu would be advantageous.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to the role, such as customer management systems would be advantageous.
- Ability to upsell and promote additional services or products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
