Atlas Oil is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Oil & Lubricants Sales Representative to develop and increase sales of automotive, industrial, mining and agriculture-related lubricant products in Ermelo. The package includes a basic salary depending on experience, commission/incentives based on sales performance, a travel/fuel allowance and performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive, transport, industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors.
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote oil, lubricants, greases, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, dealerships, fleet operators, retailers, and industrial clients.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments, and outstanding accounts.
- Provide customers with appropriate product recommendations based on their vehicle, machinery, or operational requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
- Monthly and annual sales revenue.
- New customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Gross profit and sales margins.
- Number of customer visits and sales opportunities generated.
- Outstanding debt and payment follow-up.
- Growth of assigned territory or customer portfolio.
