Netherland Park Secondary School (NPSS) netball teams showcased remarkable talent and determination in the Gert Sibande Schools Netball League (Ubuntu) this past weekend. Competing against 21 schools, the NPSS girls delivered impressive performances across different age groups.
The U/14 team played five matches, advancing to the championship round. Despite a strong effort, they were narrowly defeated by Bethal International, securing the runner-up position.
The U/15 team also demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork, although they fell short of qualifying for the semi-finals. Similarly, the U/16 team played five matches, making it to the championship round before being bested by tough competition.
The coaches of the NPSS netball teams expressed immense pride in their players' dedication and determination throughout the tournament. Their efforts reflect the players' and the coaching staff's hard work and commitment, promising a bright future for NPSS netball.
