On the morning of Monday - 10th February 2025, Netherland Park Secondary School (NPSS) officially inducted its Grade 8 learners, known as Eaglets, in a memorable Bell and Blazer Ceremony, marking the first milestone of their high school journey.
Dressed in their high school blazers for the first time, the students took part in the ceremonial ringing of the schools Bell (a symbolic tradition they will repeat one final time upon matriculation).
The event was led by Principal Geoghegan, who personally shook hands with each new Eaglet as they embarked on this next academic chapter followed by the Heads of the school Tsepo Ngcobo & Sindiswa Malibi.
This long-standing tradition is more than just an initiation; it symbolizes the Eaglets' entry into a legacy of excellence.
