On Tuesday, 26 August, Summerfields Private School was alive with laughter and cheers as the school hosted a fantastic Go-Kart Funday and Entrepreneurs Day for their Grade 7s. The day was a colorful mix of energy and fun, with the younger children from Rosy se Speelgroep joining in on the excitement. Parents also got to enjoy the festivities, creating a lovely atmosphere where everyone was just having a great time.
The go-kart races were a highlight, with teams of kids working together. They were split into blue, yellow, and red teams, and even the little ones had their turn before the older kids took over the track. Meanwhile, the Entrepreneur Day stalls were a delightful mix of toys, snacks, and homemade goodies, showcasing the kids’ creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
In the end, it was just a day full of joy. Parents were seen smiling and enjoying the whole event, and the entire school got to celebrate a day of teamwork, fun, and a little friendly competition.
