The Justice League Netball League, featuring four local law firms, concluded on a high note last night with an exciting and closely contested final. The participating teams included PAS Pandas (PAS Attorneys), Legal Eagles (Daniel Attorneys), Team Strauss (Strauss Attorneys) and Bekker Brink & Brink, all of whom competed with strong determination throughout the league.
The final match between PAS Pandas and Legal Eagles proved to be a thrilling encounter. Both teams displayed excellent teamwork and resilience, with the score remaining tight for most of the game. In the end, PAS Pandas managed to hold their nerve under pressure and secured the victory to be crowned champions of the Justice League Netball League.
In the match for third and fourth place, Bekker Brink & Brink faced Team Strauss in a spirited and competitive contest. Both sides delivered energetic performances, but Bekker Brink & Brink ultimately claimed third place. Team Strauss also delivered a commendable performance throughout the league.
Beyond the action on the court, the league was marked by strong sportsmanship, camaraderie and enthusiastic support from spectators. Players and supporters alike contributed to a positive atmosphere that highlighted the spirit of teamwork and community.
Following the success of the Justice League Netball League, organisers have announced that the “Piston Heads” Business League will start soon. The upcoming league will see motor dealerships and tyre dealers from Ermelo competing against one another, with businesses invited to register teams for the competition.
