NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LIQUOR LICENCE IN TERMS OF SECTION 35
Notice is hereby given that the applicant specified below has given notice of his intention to lodge an application for the grant of a new liquor licence to the Mpumalanga Liquor Authority in respect of premises situated within the local committee area indicated below.
Invitation for public comments in applying for a Liquor Licence in terms of Section 35(2)(a) of the Mpumalanga Liquor Licensing Act, 2006.
Written comments may be submitted to the municipality concerned and a copy to the applicant, at the addresses specified below, within thirty (30) days of this application.
