On Saturday, just after noon, Ermelo Jewellers at the Oaks Centre in Ermelo, owned by Tommy Jassat, was robbed by three men. Two robbers entered the store, shortly followed by a third robber. One robber armed with a gun approached an employee and showed him the gun. He then jumped over one end of the display counter, pointing the gun, whilst another accomplice also jumped over the other end. The third suspect stood at the entrance, keeping watch.
