Grade 11 learner Grace Berda from Ligbron Academy of Technology has earned national recognition for her outstanding academic performance in Advanced Mathematics and Advanced Physical Science.
With a remarkable 99% in adMaths, Grace shares first place with six other top-performing learners across South Africa. Her consistent efforts also secured her fifth place nationally in adPhysics with an average of 88%.
Grace is the top achiever in Mpumalanga for both subjects — a proud moment for her school and the province. Only one other Mpumalanga learner, from Hoërskool Secunda, made the adMaths top ten list.
An alumnus of Ermelo Primary School, Grace credits her strong academic foundation to her early education. While she’s still deciding between a future in accounting or IT, one thing is clear: her dedication and talent are undeniable.
