Following the success of Laerskool JJ van der Merwe’s Netball A teams, the school's B teams have also delivered outstanding performances at the Gert Sibande playoffs this past weekend, earning top finishes across several age groups.
The O/11B and O/13B teams both emerged as Gert Sibande Winners, producing dominant displays throughout the tournament. The O/12B team secured an impressive runners-up finish, while the O/10B team concluded the competition in third place.
The success continued beyond the tournament, with the O/12B and O/13B teams qualifying for the Mpumalanga Championships, which will be held on 20 June in Middelburg.
