Netherland Park Secondary School (NPSS) proudly announced the success of their tennis table teams at the recent Gert Sibande district trials. Competing under the guidance of Coach Mrs. Susan Nyirenda, the NPSS boys' and girls' teams made a strong showing, with two of their learners securing spots on the district team.
The students who achieved this milestone are Msibi Sinenhlanhla and Nyamande Neo, both in grade nine. Their dedication and hard work have earned them a place on the prestigious Gert Sibande district tennis table team, bringing pride to their school and community.
Coach Nyirenda expressed her joy at the outcome, highlighting the commitment and sportsmanship displayed by all the participants. Principal Lucille Geoghegan also expressed pride in the achievements of the learners, recognising their hard work and the excellent guidance provided by the staff. NPSS continues to foster a culture of excellence, celebrating both academic and athletic successes.
