Former Ermelo High School learner Carli Huber has earned South African national colours in Western Mounted Games after finishing among the top five riders at a competition involving approximately 700 participants.
The achievement gave Huber the opportunity to represent South Africa as a Protea rider. She also competed internationally against riders from England, Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Huber and her horse, Zulu Dawn, were also recognised by South African Western Mounted Games for earning national colours and representing South Africa at the 2026 SAWMGA Nationals and Cup of Nations.
