Msukaligwa Executive Mayor Alderwoman M.P. Nkosi officially handed over the Nsibande Street roadworks project in Wesselton, Ermelo, on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
Nsibande Street serves as an important taxi route for commuters and public transport operators in the area.

According to the municipality, the project will involve removing damaged asphalt and applying a new asphalt overlay to improve road conditions, extend the lifespan of the road surface and enhance road safety.
The project forms part of the municipality's ongoing efforts to address road infrastructure needs across Msukaligwa.
