Parents and babies aged six weeks and older are invited to join BabyGym 2 at 24 Robertson Street. Over five weekly classes, parents will learn baby massage and activities that encourage sensory development, movement and muscle strength. The programme ends with a BabyGym graduation ceremony.

Format: One hour a week for five consecutive weeks
Classes are informal and interactive, with parents and babies seated on the floor. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Participants receive class notes and a certificate of attendance.

The six-week age requirement is calculated from 40 weeks’ gestation, rather than the baby’s date of birth.
