Agrico is looking for a reliable and well-presented Counter Salesperson to join their team in Ermelo.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Assist with customers, providing product information and recommendations to meet their needs.
- Sales: Drive sales by engaging with customers, process orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the stockroom to ensure product availability.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions, customer records, and inventory management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Grade 12 qualification is mandatory. Previous experience in irrigation counter sales is essential.
- 2+ years in a similar role preferred.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible hours.
- Experience in stock management and sales and administrative duties.
