SAVF Middelburg is seeking a marketer to promote its facilities and services, increase community awareness and occupancy, and build relationships with prospective residents, families and stakeholders. The starting date is as soon as possible.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Previous marketing or sales experience
- Marketing, PR, Communications or Business qualification—or relevant experience—will be advantageous
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Valid driver’s licence may be required
- Marketing and promoting facility services
- Managing social media and digital content
- Following up enquiries and conducting facility tours
- Building community and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating fundraising, sponsorships and events
- Conducting market research
- Maintaining accurate records and marketing reports
- Protecting residents’ privacy and confidentiality
