Laerskool JJ van der Merwe has congratulated five young cricketers who have been selected for the 2026 Gert Sibande cricket teams.
Pieter Jansen van Vuuren was selected for the U/11 team, Juard Bischoff for the U/12 team, while Malibongwe Gumede, Tino Manjengwa and Ruwan Nel were selected for the U/13 team. The school wished the players every success as they represent the district.
