The Lekwa Darts Association, in partnership with the vibrant Next Door Dart Club, will be hosting an Open Social Tournament on 14 June 2025 at the club’s premises on Church Street, Ermelo. Registration opens at 10:00 AM, with matches starting promptly at 11:00 AM. Players are encouraged to dress casually — but take note: no flip-flops allowed.
The tournament promises a relaxed yet competitive atmosphere and is MPDF sanctioned, adhering to DSA rules. With an entry fee of just R50, it’s an accessible opportunity for both beginners and seasoned players to test their skills and connect with fellow darts enthusiasts in the region.
This upcoming event adds to the growing momentum of the Next Door Dart Club, which recently launched its Business League with six local teams including the Jagerbombs, Tranquilizers, Brakecore A & B, Dark Vaders, and Protea Tyres. The club is quickly becoming a hub for social interaction and competitive spirit, already hosting major events like the Mpumalanga Masters Tournament earlier in June.
Situated at the Madness Centre next to Camel’s Madness, the club operates every Monday and Wednesday from 18:00 to 22:00, offering the community a fun and social outlet to enjoy the game of darts.
