The Next Door Dart Club hosted a successful Open Social Tournament on Saturday, 14 June 2025, in collaboration with the Lekwa Darts Association. Held at the club’s venue in Ermelo, the event brought together darts enthusiasts from across the region for a day of friendly competition and sharp shooting.
Registration opened at 10 a.m., with matches starting at 11. The tournament was played under DSA rules and sanctioned by the Mpumalanga Provincial Darts Federation (MPDF). A relaxed, casual dress code was enforced, though flip-flops were not permitted for safety.

Several players delivered standout performances on the scoreboard, with George hitting six 180s, followed by Avi, Karen, Blessing, and Jason each recording one. Karen, Maureen, and Anitha also impressed with multiple 140s. The Next Door Dart Club and Lekwa Darts Association extended their gratitude to all participants and supporters for making the tournament a memorable success, setting a strong foundation for future events.
