Arende Hoëveld Rugby Club enjoyed a busy day of youth rugby at Hoërskool Ermelo on 29 August, with teams from the U6/7 to U14 age groups taking on opponents from Witbank and Kwaggas. The younger sides faced several challenging encounters, while the U10 team recorded a 31–24 result against Witbank and drew 17–17 with Kwaggas.
The older Arende teams produced several strong performances, with the U11 side recording 60–10 and 43–5 victories, while Arende U12A defeated Kwaggas 27–0. The U13 teams claimed convincing 44–14 and 58–7 wins over Witbank, and the U14 side rounded off the day with a 39–7 victory. The club thanked its players, coaches, parents and supporters for their commitment and support throughout the day.
