The Msukaligwa Local Municipality has released its latest load reduction schedule for Ermelo, Wesselton, Cassim Park and surrounding areas, effective 27 April to 03 May.
The schedule outlines rotational evening power cuts between 16:30 and 21:00 (depending on the area) to manage strain on the local electricity network across affected zones.
Residents are urged to check their designated areas on the issued charts, switch off non-essential appliances during peak times, and note that technicians may adjust the schedule without prior notice for safety and grid stability.
