Merino Mall brought smiles to local pensioners through a heartwarming initiative organised in partnership with its newest store, KEB.
As part of the initiative, SASSA pensioners were treated to six-packs of Kingsley cooldrinks. Despite the chilly weather, the gesture was warmly received, with gratitude, laughter and smiles shared throughout the day.
Merino Mall said the response from the elderly community made the occasion particularly memorable, highlighting how even a small act of kindness can bring joy and warmth to others.
A special word of thanks was extended to KEB for partnering with Merino Mall to make the initiative possible. Appreciation was also expressed to the pensioners who spent part of their day at the mall, with Merino Mall saying it always looks forward to seeing their familiar faces.
